Web Services Protocol Stack
To allow customized integration with third party products, QuestBack offers an interface according to the Web Services protocol stack. This interface allows for two-way data transfer at all stages of the survey life cycle: from inviting respondents and including existing data to automatically exporting results.

To make sure that an integration meets your specific needs, we recommend a case-to-case approach when it comes to defining the parameters and the setup of the actual integration. In addition to the interface, we provide extensive technical documentation and advice on both content and technical aspects.
